Welcome to your
most empowered chapter yet.

The Menopause Care Collective brings together certified experts in sex therapy, mental health, psychiatry, and women's health so you have everything you need to understand, embrace, and thrive in this stage of life.

RESEARCH-BACKED | EXPERT-DRIVEN | COMMUNITY-CENTERED

“We need a menopause revolution in this country.”

— Melinda Gates

For too long, menopause has been whispered about, minimized, or simply endured. It was under-researched and many women felt their experience was invisible. It’s time for that to change.

Women deserve honest, up-to-date, research-backed information — not just about hot flashes, but about their full selves: their desire, their mental health, their hormones, their identity, the way their heart, bones, skin, hair, memory, relationships are impacted — all of it.

The Menopause Care Collective was built on one idea: that talking about menopause is a matter of public health. And every woman deserves access to what can add quality to her life, if not actual years.

We foster sex-positive, science-grounded, fiercely supportive conversations. Whether you're in early perimenopause or years post-menopause, we would love for you to join us.

Did you know?

Welcome to the White Pants Club. 🤍

There is a whole community supporting women who’ve graduated to the White Pants Club — people dedicating time and energy to talk about HRT, pelvic floor issues, libido, nutrition, depression and anxiety, sleep issues, and more. This is your invitation to join us for an upcoming conversation where, for as serious as the topic is, we also keep things light, refreshing and fun!
